The first sign I noticed was the guy with the shaky head. CBC Newsworld was covering the flooding of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and either unable to send their own reporter because of budget cuts or in need of American instruction on how you cover a major TV story these days, they opted for a live feed from NBC News. Who would have thought that SEO would come into play in the Presidential election? Well, for some of us that deal with it on a normal basis, it did seem obvious. It also seems obvious to us that you would want to exploit the digital world to further your campaign. Scoble points out that Barack Obama must have a much better web team than John McCain does.
